Good morning,

 

Emerald Bay feels different right now—in a thoughtful way. It’s less about seasonal patterns and more about intentional decisions. Things may seem calm, but there’s real activity happening behind the scenes. Buyers are watching closely, sellers are preparing smartly, and this time of year really rewards clarity.

 

After a pretty stagnant stretch, it’s refreshing to feel momentum again. I’m grateful for it. Just yesterday, I closed 523 Emerald Bay, representing both the buyer and seller—a true win-win and it was lovely how both sides wanted a successful transaction… Helps to have 2 stellar families be a part of it!

 

Several homes are also being quietly prepped for early next year, which tells me we’ll see more movement soon. The launches that shine in Q1 are the ones preparing now.

 

Overall, Emerald Bay feels steady and confident. The buyers active right now are serious, and sellers who prepare with intention will help shape what comes next.
