Good morning,
For the past 3 weeks closed sales have been rising by more than 30% compared to early 2020 levels. Despite declining inventory, nearly 10,000 homes have already closed through last weekend throughout the state.
The market remains very competitive with days on the market hovering near historic lows through the first two weeks of the year and fewer properties closing below the asking price.
