The color of light changes throughout the day, from bright bluish light in the morning to warm, yellow light in the late afternoon. In the morning, the light from the east is cooler and in the evening, as the sun goes down, it gets warmer. So the mood and ambience naturally changes across the day. Having layers of light fixtures that can respond to those changes can help make a home feel welcoming throughout the day. It is good for our skin to absorb these different shades of tight too. Pennsylvania’s largest operating coal plant was just imploded in Homer City, 50 miles east of Pittsburgh, to make way for a giant AI data-center campus that will be powered by natural gas instead, the US’s largest gas-fired power plant with up to 4.5 gigawatts of power, enough to nearly power Manhattan and more than double that of the original coal facility..... equivalent to Georgia’s Vogtle plant, the country’s largest nuclear power site. The power plant will rely on natural gas from the Marcellus Shale, a major natural gas field that underlies parts of Pennsylvania and other states. Planning started in 2023. Jobs may be returning to small-town USA as big tech seeks out cheaper land close to natural resources. META purchased 2,700 acres of farmland in Holly Ridge, Louisiana in 2024, 45 minutes west of the Mississippi River to build a $10 billion, 4 million square foot data center. Advanced AI requires city-sized amounts of power, which has turbocharged electricity demand projections for the first time this century. Tech is hunting for huge swaths of flat land with access to natural gas and transmission lines, close to oil-and-gas country, including Louisiana’s Haynesville Shale. Entergy intends to spend about $3.2 billion to build 3 natural gas-fired power plants, tapping the state’s vast gas reserves. Two plants would be built near Meta’s site. Yes, electricity needs can indeed be increased rapidly .....for Tech companies, but not household appliances or EV's? ðŸ˜‚😂 (WSJ)

81 active listings, 17 are in escrow, and 7 are sold.
