Billionaire Rupert Murdoch Lists Manhattan Triplex for $62M and Full-Floor Penthouse Just Below for $16M
The Manhattan residence of media mogul Rupert Murdoch and his wife Jerry Hall entered the open market recently, with a chaser. The high-rise properties are the cappers of a prominent Flatiron building, One Madison, and can be purchased as a set for $78 million. (American Luxury)
In late 2021, Rupert and Jerry purchased a massive ranch in Beaverhead County, Montana. The 340,000-acre property was sold by the Koch family, according to The Wall Street Journal, and changed hands for around $200 million.
