These figures released by the Federal Reserve are before the 4th quarter's equity market swoon. Household debt also increased at a 3.4% seasonally adjusted annual rate, up from a 2.9% rate in the second quarter. (WSJ)DID YOU KNOW? Apple will invest $1 billion in a new campus in Austin, Texas: The 133-acre campus will be located in North Austin and will accommodate an initial 5,000 employees, with capacity for 15,000 employees in total. Apple also announced plans to open new sites in Seattle, San Diego and Culver City, California over the next three years. Apple plans to invest $10 billion in U.S. data centers over the next 5 years, including $4.5 billion this year and next. (CNBC)
